Building Your Retaining Wall: Finishing the First Row

Unfortunately, due to an exclusive agreement with Kindle, I have been asked to remove the contents of this page. However, all the information you will need to build your retaining wall, can be found in my book. I am very sorry of any inconvenience this may cause.

  1. It's lookin' good! Your photos and description are great. One question, where do you have the drainage pipe drain to? The neighbor's yard? :D

  2. BeadedTail: Thank you! No, I'm being nice. The drain is a static one; all it does is distribute the water over a larger area, so it doesn't all go to one spot.

  3. Great instructions....makes me think I could possibly do this. Instead, I'm hoping someone reads this and comes over to my place and does the work for me :)

  6. Mountain Woman: Thank you, I'm trying to make a step-by-step guide to help others who may want to tackle a project such as this. As of today, it is really starting to come together.
