Due to the current financial climate, I have laid-off my muse and as a result, I cannot think of anything to write about. So, I would like to share something that my daughter's high school history teacher used in her class yesterday. I have to admit that I was surprised by what I learned. Oh, the music's good, too.
it is amazing the advances that have been made and so much yet to come. Sorry to hear your muse had to be laid off. Hope you can bring it back before it's unemployment compensation runs out :)
ReplyDeleteAnn: She's been slacking-off lately, so I'll have to see whether I give her the job back or give it to another one :)
ReplyDeleteVery interesting video. Can't imagine how technology is going to change the world in the next 5 years.
ReplyDeleteAmazing on some of the stuff in the video! It makes me feel old, because I remember using the old TRS-80 and Commodore 64. LOL My freshman year in HS, I was the only one to have a computer and internet access - and it was by the hour back then so my dad would yell at me to turn it off.
ReplyDeleteIt almost makes me thankful I choose to be in history - I can't even imagine having ended up somewhere in technology and be floundering right now trying to catch back up. At least what's in the past stays the same!
BeadedTail: I know, it will be interesting to see what happens.
ReplyDeleteOh, Happy April 15th!! You are done!
Enjoy the party :)
Storm, The Psychotic Housewife: I know, I remember them too. I wanted to get one, but couldn't afford it. Although my friend had one.
Now that I'm thinking about it, I bet they have a History of Technology course.
