  1. That's a really great idea, I think I'll give it a try. It sounds like a really good idea for adding flavor without fat and calories.

    It should be fine with red wine vinegar right? All I have is red wine and balsamic. It's pretty mild.

  2. Since I have not tried it with anything but white vinegar, I cannot say how it would taste. The white vinegar is more acidic, so it will have a tangier taste. If you do try it with the red wine vinegar, please let me know how it turns out.
