I am honored to announce that I have been asked by Mountain Woman from Red Pine Mountain to co-author a new blog, which will focus on becoming fit through movement. We are not talking about jogging 20 miles a day, but by starting out slowly and building endurance. Exercise can take many forms and we will be discussing the various types of activities you can do.
