My French Fry Dip
As you may or may not know, I like to make our own home-made fries (yep, another shameless recipe link) and I can think of nothing better to go with those fries, than a good dip. With this in mind, I decided to experiment with a dip I found over at Super Mommy to the Rescue (by the way, I stole the photo from Super Mommy, because her picture turned out a lot better than mine). Well, to the great shock and disbelief of my wife, I actually kept track of what and how much I added, so I am able to share this recipe with you. Although, we used this batch for the fries, this dip can be easily paired with chips or any veggies of your choice.

Did you Know
Due to the current financial climate, I have laid-off my muse and as a result, I cannot think of anything to write about. So, I would like to share something that my daughter's high school history teacher used in her class yesterday. I have to admit that I was surprised by what I learned. Oh, the music's good, too.

How to Use Jump Breaks in Blogger
Have you ever gone to a site and seen those "Read More-->>>" links? Well, this is going to tell you how to put these in your posts. These jump breaks are very popular in SEO circles as a way of getting your visitors to click-through to an interior page on your site. However, I plan to use them to help speed-up the loading of my main page. What I'm planning on doing is increasing the number of posts that appear on the main page, but I really don't want to increase the loading time of the page. This being said, I plan to add these little breaks to my older posts; thereby, giving more exposure to my posts, while not compromising the load time.

A New Template
Well, if you're viewing this, then you are seeing what my new template looks like. I know, it looks basically the same as the last one, but what can I say, I'm not artistic. Anyway, for the past several days, I've been working to customize it for my site, which meant coding it so it looks the same in IE as it does in every other browser out there.

How to Make your Blog Mobile-Friendly
For the past several weeks, I have been working on a new template that will hopefully make my site load faster. As a result, I have also been searching for ways to make my site more user-friendly and the one thing that never even entered my mind before today was: mobile users. With this thought in the back of my mind, I tried to find a place where I could test my site and see what it would look like on a mobile phone. Well, what I found was not very good and to sum up my viewing experience...yuck!
